About Peperomia Lemon Lime (Peperomia obtusifolia)

    Care Instructions

    Light Requirements:

Peperomia Lemon Lime thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions but will grow best with plenty of indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

    Water Requirements:

Water the plant when the top 3cm of soil feels dry. Peperomia Lemon Lime prefers to dry out slightly between waterings. Be careful not to overwater, as it is susceptible to root rot. Reduce watering in the winter months.

    Soil Requirements:

Use a well-draining potting mix. A mix designed for succulents or a blend of potting soil with perlite and peat moss works well.

    Humidity:

Peperomia Lemon Lime prefers average indoor humidity levels. It can tolerate lower humidity but will thrive with occasional misting or by placing a humidifier nearby.

    Pro Tip

Peperomia Lemon Lime can develop leggy growth if it doesn’t receive enough light. To keep it compact and bushy, provide adequate light and pinch back the tips of the plant to encourage branching.
